Statistics, histograms and colors

Calculate and plot the histograms of different surface types (ice, land, meltponds) for the Landsat channels 1 (450-520nm), 2 (520-600nm), and 3 (630-690nm).

  • Select coordinates of homogeneous regions
  • Retrieve region from array
  • Calculate histograms
