  • GOMOS: Atmospheric Chemistry (medium resolution spectrometer)
  • MIPAS: (Michelson Interferometer for Passive Atmospheric Sounding): Atmospheric Chemistry and Temperature (Fourier transform spectrometer)
  • SCIAMACHI: Atmospheric Chemistry (imaging spectrometer)
  • DORIS (Doppler Orbitography and Radio-positioning Integrated by Satellite instrument): Precision Orbit (microwave tracking system)
  • LRR (Laser Retro-Reflector): Passive optical instrument (support satellite ranging for precise orbit determination)
