Q & A
What happens to all the stuff in the offices?
- Labelled furniture (see floor plans) and boxes will be moved to HdE.
- Unlabelled furniture (see floor plans) will be taken to some central storage - where we won't have access to it anymore.
- The rest will be considered trash.
Will plants also be moved by the company?
- Only if the are packed.
- As an alternative, every floor can collect their plants on that Monday (see schedule above) and leave them in the stairway. They can then be moved to HdE on that Friday (AFTER the furniture and boxes).
When will the meeting rooms on floors 4 and 5 in HdE be available, and bookable?
- They should be available from the time we move into HdE.
- The booking system does already exist, booking should be done through our secretaries - once they have been introduced to the system.
